I....really like this. Not one of my favourite pieces, but there's a strong resonance that just really hits that mark in an under-the-radar way. The title makes it, I think.
Really interesting visual of a schoolyard tracheotomy...I just pictured some fat reject kid choking and the other kids grouping round him, performing a primitive and not at all effective tracheotomy, damaging the reject for life.
