"Oh... Well, Somebody Should Tell Her She's Got a Boyfriend!"

We both
Fell vulnerable
We both
Fight for each other
We both
Hold promises dear
We both
Can't think of things we dislike about each other
We both
Love one another
We both
Hate the situation
We both
Wish it could work
We both
Know it will later
We both
Still struggle
With the present
Knowing that
The future is
Ours.

I'm not quite sure why, but I really enjoyed this. As usual, it packs a punch. Somehow, I started reading it really slowly, and then as I descended line by line the "We both" breaks forced me to go faster and faster, it was very intense.
Reading one of your poems in an experience in itself.

CSMC.
I really loved "We both/Can't think of things we dislike about each other" - it resonated, really.
And this one is so beautifully positive - "knowing that/the future is/ours" - it makes me happy.

C&JSMC.

I definately felt the increasing speed and it worked well. It was so bittersweet...the pain of the present with the belief that the future will bring happiness trying to make up for the heartache. The last three lines were really good.

And I like Waffleshoes :) I don't know why but it's just...so awesome.

They all stole my comments what the hells.
I like it.
The line 'Can't think of things we dislike about each other' seems a bit out of place though. Strangely.
I like the title, though, more than waffleshoes.
